2. Returns Eligibility

You may return non-personalised items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

Personalised items (including custom message cards) are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos as evidence

We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund where appropriate.

4. Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds may take 5–10 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

7. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Personalised or custom-made items (unless faulty)

  • Items that have been used or are not in original condition

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
